So much for the fuck-fest I was thinking of for DOSC’08. Recent events have left me more STD-paranoid than ever which makes me totally uninterested in sex. I’m trying not to be really annoyed about it. I’m trying to focus on the positive. I’m trying not to think about it as a wasted $600+ on a sex weekend without the sex. Add to all that my new shrink wants to start weaning me off one of my anxiety meds. Argh, meh and grrr don’t even begin to cover how I’m feeling right now.

Another Quick Recap:
- I got my webcam up and running this past weekend so ya’ll MIGHT be seeing more of me (during evenings and weekends) at some point.
- I’m rejoining my old gym next week with plans to actually use the swimming pool this time.
- I’d like to get back in touch with those people I let drift in my recent NRE. If you’re one of these people, know that I haven’t forgotten about you entirely and try not to be too hard on me when I do get back in touch please.
- I’m hoping to attend Dark Odyssey Winter Fire over Easter again this year.
- I’m looking to buy a new car this Spring, but I don’t know what kind yet.
- I’m planning to buy a residence of some sort (condo, townhouse, semi-detached, single family, etc.) in Northern NJ sometime in early 2009.
- Pretty much across the board, my relationships are a lot of constant maintainance and hard work, but rewarding.
- Nermal, our grey & white cat, hurt his leg (probably while taunting the dogs) and might need surgery. How do you convince a cat that he needs bed rest?! I’ll know more in two weeks.
- Thankfully, my day job is going much better. I didn’t realize how draining it is to hate going work! Lucky for me, my boss likes me and is working with me to make my situation more than just tolerable.
I’m totally exhausted, covered in welts and bruises, and am very happy with my life. Camp was great! I saw so many familiar faces and met a bunch of new ones. I had a few new experiences and repeated a bunch I haven’t touched in ages. I reconnected with some very important friends and added some more to my ever-expanding spiderweb of contacts, lovers, friends, fucks and so on. I’m totally unprepared to go into details now about the weekend but I’ll leave you with this … I got fucked by a porn star and then got invited to visit her and her hubby in thier home town!
I called out sick today. Trying to get better before my girlfriend and I head to DOSC07 on Thursday evening.
I really missed Kimi and Daddy when they went to D*C and I stayed behind. We won’t be doing that again!
FW was ok. Not great by any means but not the worst event I’ve been to either. It was nice being there with my girlfriend and my family. The panels I was on went pretty well. And since I don’t have anything else nice to say, I’ll just stop talking about it.
Work has been work – annoying but paying well.
I hope to get back in front of my machine a bit more after camp and the summer madness slows down a bit. I miss you all

I don’t feel good. I’m gonna go hide under the covers until work tomorrow. I’m sorry, sweetie – tonight just wasn’t meant to be but we’ll get it together one of these days. Promise!
Last night I got to spend some yummy time with a good friend who I haven’t seen for months. I brought him a present just cause I saw it and thought of him and he got me a present too! Gotta love that! Darling, if you’re reading this, thank you again! I can’t tell you how much that soft, smooth rubber means to me. Of course, you could probably tell from all of the screaming… Hehehe! :)
Tonight, I finished my notes for the Prometheus Summit Meeting tomorrow night and told the story of my exploits at DOSF to Flagg, Kimi and Soulhuntre. Now all I have to do is write them down and change the names to protect the guilty. 
Another time – now I’m off to catch some sleep and prepare for another week on the job.
A quick overview of the week ahead:
- Tonight I’m going to spend some time with a friend I haven’t seen in months! Two busy people and many rescheudled meetings = months between trists
- There’s a nor’ easter heading this way so I’m going up to Kimi & Daddy’s place tonight so I don’t have to deal with the weather tomorrow or Monday morning before going back to the freelance day-job.
- Monday night is the Prometheus Summit Meeting at TES. I still need to work up an agenda and finalize my arguements – they’re on tomorrow’s to-do list.
- Tuesday I’m planning to come back home for a puppy play date and a night in bed with my kitties. It’s amazing how much I miss my animals during the week!
- Wednesday I’m going to help Mistress Trish pierce her slave’s ears.
- Thursday there’s a benefit for the MS Prision Project at Arena Studios in NYC.
- Friday I’m coming back home to see my animals and destress from the week of running around.
At this rate I have to wonder when am I going to get to cash in my rain checks? <sigh> not enough hours in the day!
Soooo much happened this weekend but not enough of it involved sleep so i’m off to nap for a few days hours. Kisses to all of my new friends and fuck buddies – I’ll be writing about you soon:)
