Hey all! I’m getting ready to drive down to DC for 2007′s Dark Odyssey Spring Fire! To say I’m excited would be a drastic understatement:) I have 3 play dates already set up and am hoping to squeeze a few more in but only if there’s enough time to do them right. I wouldn’t want to feel rushed

Over the Edge – When Fantasies Go Too Far

In other news, Jefferson (a really cute and talented sex-blogger) put up an awesome description of me being a demo-bunny for Lolita’s wax and fire-play class at Dark Odyssey this past September. You know, I still owe Lolita a cherry pin for that day. And if I had even the slightest inkling that Jefferson had the hots for me – I think I would have tried to spend a bit more time with him during that weekend. Do I really look like that girl? Wow. Self-perception is crazy, cruel sometimes.
Once upon a time, about a decade ago, I was in a sex shop with my lover (at the time) and there were a ton of kinky, sexy greeting cards on the wall. Just for kicks, I asked him to pick out one that looked like me and I would do the same. The differences were like night and day. I choose a somewhat zaftig woman in her twenties with a turn of the century photographic style. He chose a modern-day smiling, pretty, athletic beauty in her late-teens. I still don’t think I look a thing like her but I appreciated his choice.
